Ni 21.5Cr 9Mo 3.6Nb 2.5Fe · Inconel 625

9625E is a solid solution-strengthened nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium superalloy powder developed for additive manufacturing applications requiring outstanding corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent fatigue performance. The alloy offers exceptional resistance to oxidation, pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking while maintaining reliable mechanical properties over a wide temperature range from cryogenic conditions to approximately 815°C. Its excellent weldability and processability make 9625E well suited for Laser Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB, SLM, DMLS), enabling the production of complex, high-performance components that can be heat treated to achieve the desired mechanical properties. Typical applications include gas turbine components, aerospace and marine equipment, nuclear systems, chemical processing equipment, liquid fuel and exhaust systems, and other demanding industrial applications requiring superior corrosion and heat resistance.
