12010 is a CuSn10 bronze powder designed for both laser cladding and additive manufacturing applications requiring an excellent combination of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good sliding properties. The alloy offers high strength, low friction, and excellent resistance to galling and seizure, making it suitable for components subjected to heavy loads and repeated sliding contact. Its balanced mechanical and tribological properties enable the production of durable, high-quality parts and metallurgically bonded coatings with long service life. Typical applications include bearings, bushings, shaft sleeves, valve and pump components, marine hardware, gears, and other engineering components requiring reliable wear and corrosion performance.
