Cu 30Ni · 70-30 Copper-Nickel

11030 is a Cu30Ni copper-nickel alloy powder that combines excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good ductility over a wide temperature range, including cryogenic conditions. The alloy provides outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for demanding marine and offshore environments. Its high thermal stability and reliable mechanical performance also make 11030 suitable for additive manufacturing and thermal spray applications. Typical applications include heat exchangers, condensers, valves, pipe fittings, pumps, and other components used in the marine, defense, nuclear, petrochemical, and general industrial sectors where long-term durability is essential.
