11000E is a high-purity copper powder developed for additive manufacturing applications requiring exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity together with high material purity. The powder enables the production of dense, highly conductive components with excellent heat transfer characteristics, making it ideal for complex geometries that cannot be manufactured using conventional methods. Its optimized particle characteristics provide reliable processability and consistent part quality in laser powder bed fusion and other powder bed fusion processes. Typical applications include heat exchangers, cooling devices, electrical conductors, busbars, induction coils, RF components, electronic devices, and high-performance parts for the electrical, automotive, and aerospace industries.
